" As an Adult Only site, this is indeed a little haven. Situated in a very secluded area of Norfolk accessed off the main Norwich to Cromer road, the site is within easy reach of the coast, Broads and Norwich. The site is much larger than it looks and is well laid out with the caravans pitched around the perimeter of a wide circle, and overlooking a central grassed area with flower arbour. Pitches are grassed and have ehu. Facilities are clean and although a little antiquated, perfectly adequate with two cubicles, wash basin and power shower for each ladies and gents blocks. Waste disposal and dish washing area with hot water is outside. The Lady owner is a real sweetie and very welcoming. The price is very reasonable too." Reviewed by Bob
