Having been given a thorough mot, the only issue with my health now is my weight.
I'm a bit podgy round the middle and weighed in at 112kg
Since the op I've been walking a slowly and have lost 1kg (not sure how good that is), now I have started cycling a little as well and I've enrolled in a Nordic Walking Group.
After one introductory session I felt it was for me, especially being part of a group of the same age, and if anyone thinks it funny, I have two poles with spikes to shove somewhere.
Any Nordic Walkers out ther in 365 land?

Wish i could lose some weight. Put 2 stone on in as many weeks, now on strong water tablets BUT as soon as i empty out i fill up again. They thought it was my heart so i had an Angiogram on thursday but Cardiologist said everything is ok in that area. Back to the drawing board again , just wish my legs and feet would stop swelling. The pain is driving me mad... Angry Angry

No sign of Diabetes Bob, all blood tests prove negative.  Have an appointment with the Dr on Wednesday to discuss other options.
Have a lovely bruise on the back of my right hand and a cracker on the inside of my left wrist going up my arm. Result of the Angiogram.
Hoping to get away after the Bank Holiday .......fingers crossed

Amazing things them angiograms, in my case blood thinning tablets cause me to bruise too easily.
Went to the vet today to collect worming tablets and borrowed their scales, another half kilo gone.

Great Bob, since i have had the Angiogram and taking the 40mg water tablets my legs are not swelling so much. Just a bit of swelling in my feet at night.  Hope to go away next Tuesday for a couple of weeks with Drs permission.    Grin Grin

Thanks to having Chronic Pancreatitis I constantly fight to keep weight ON

I still slowly loose weight before we came out I weighed in at 87kg which is a loss in 6 month of 4kg but that by eating 5 meals a day and taking the enzyme tablets to mimic the pancreas's Kyme output as well as oral diabetic medication as my blood tests show I'm slowly edging towards type 1 as well

Well i have Drs permission to go away for a few weeks PROVIDED i do a full blood test as soon as i come back.
UPSIDE of these 40mg water tablets is they are keeping the swelling down.
DOWNSIDE is Pete will have to empty loo more often while we are away  Grin Grin Grin
