This site is an Adults only site and the facilities provided on site are some of the best we have come across on a campsite. The toilet block is modern and very clean and entrance is controlled via a PIN entry system. There are also two all in one unisex toilet / shower cubicles in addition those located in the individual blocks and all the showers are free. A bathroom is also provided for use by guests and the key is supplied from the site shop. There are ample washing up facilities as well as free freezers for ice blocks. The site boasts a very well stocked shop supplying your everyday needs plus a lot of home produced goods, you must try the local beef its lovely. If it’s a supermarket you want most of the major supermarket’s are available in either Glastonbury or the nearby city of Wells. The site is dog friendly and provides a large enclosed walk for the dogs. The site provides disabled access with fully equipped amenity building providing, Shower ,Toilet and wash basin accessed via the Radar key system. Path around the shop and amenities are either paved or tarmac affording good wheelchair access.

What can be said about this fantastic award winning site. Located in a tranquil setting, in Somerset, nestling between the Mendip Hills and Glastonbury Tor. This affords fantastic views from within most paddocks on the site. The site is set over five paddocks, each unique in there own way. The amenities on the site are extremely clean, modern and first class. It is also very nice to see a site provide recycling facilities for those staying and you can see why they have been awarded a David Bellamy award, with all grey water being processed via a Victorian reedbed system. The site shop is very well stocked and we would highly recommend anyone staying to try the home produced beef, which is oh so very tasty. The site also boasts a very well stocked private lake which also is set in a beautiful setting, during our stay saw plenty of kingfisher’s here. The town of Glastonbury and the Tor is within walking distance for those fit enough or a short drive away and also the city of Wells is close by which both have good shopping. Located within a short drive you also have the town of Street with the Clark's shopping village for those who like a bargain and a shop. All the staff working on the site where very helpful and knowledgeable and the owners Jim and Sally should be very proud of the park they have created which is fantastic. Whilst staying on site the loudest noise is the amazing birdsong which is beautiful and surrounds you. If you are after a very tranquil and relaxing site, this has to be the place. We will be back and would highly recommend, Absolutely fantastic.
